A Grand Ledge Tradition Since 1866

The Masons, also called Freemasons or “Free and Accepted Masons” have been a fraternal order for over 2000 years. It’s the oldest such organization in the United States and has formal roots going back to the formation of the first “speculative” masonic lodges organized in Europe over 500 years ago.

Grand Ledge Lodge #179 is proud to claim over 150 years of service to Grand Ledge community! Yes, we’ve been a long standing and important part of the history of the city and we’re proud to continue the traditions of community giving, brotherly love and philanthropy.
