WB Preston S. Childs

Grand Ledge Lodge #179, Free and Accepted Masons wishes to express its deep sorrow over the death of Worshipful Brother Preston S. Childs.

Brother Preston was born 9/12/1953, and passed away at age 67.

He was Initiated 11/13/1974

Passed 01/15/1975

and Raised 02/12/1975.

He was made a lifetime member on 10/07/2015.

Preston served as Worshipful for the years 1984, 1996, and 2005.

He laid down the working tools of life and entered the pearly gates on 08/08/2021.

“I hope I shall always possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man.”
